eCarExpo
The trade fair concept eCarExpo is well established and is growing all the time. We have been tasked with project managing the execution of the fair in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Copenhagen, Oslo, and Helsinki. It gives us experience working across national borders and adapting project management work to the culture of the respective country.
Among the exhibitors at eCarExpo, we find all the major car brands in the world and other companies that are active in the industry. In addition to contact with exhibitors and being responsible for all internal exposure, ongoing work is carried out with tickets, security, and layout planning. In addition, continuous meetings are held with the marketing team and the sales team at the company eLife Nordic, which owns the eCarExpo concept.
Public lounges
entrusted with decorating and showcasing the channel and the program’s sponsors in the audience lobbies of Masked Singer and Bäst i Test.
In addition to exposure, we also work on these projects to get the sponsors’ products out to the relevant audience. Goodie bags, lotteries, and small competitions make the brands stay longer in the audience’s consciousness.
Fun projects where we get to meet eager visitors and work with many people with different skills. To also get to work with the professionals at TV4 makes us very happy.
Techarenan In 2024
The Tech Arena takes the step and enters Sweden’s National Arena, Strawberry Arena in Solna. Thanks to our experience with the venue and events at this level, we have the honor of being part of the team behind this event.
The stage program is very impressive; companies are investing heavily to showcase their own development, and tech is at the forefront in both decor and communication.
Project management, exhibitor support, and supplier of booth constructions are what we contribute to make this event raise the roof at Strawberry Arena and take a prominent place in Sweden’s event calendar.
